Our Approach
Early Childhood by Design has the breadth and depth of experience and knowledge in creating, leading, and evaluating early childhood programs necessary to serve as a supporting partner to your company or organization. After years of working with individual programs, ECBD was started to expand the reach of our expertise, so that our impact on the field of early childhood education is greater, and so that more children, families, and educators can access and enjoy high quality learning environments. With your company or organization’s culture and values at the heart of each project, Early Childhood by Design works collaboratively with you as a planning and implementation partner. Research and evaluation data are an integral part of our consultative process.
